About Zacher Media Strategies

Political strategist Jason Zacher owns Zacher Media Strategies, a Greenville, S.C.-based consulting firm specializing in political strategy, public relations, and copywriting. Jason has more than a decade of experience in both politics and media.

 

Before starting the company, Jason worked as Communications Director for the South Carolina House Republican Caucus. He is still responsible for crafting the Caucus' public message, promoting contact between members and constituents, and managing direct-mail operations.

 

In his previous career as a member of the media, Jason worked as a reporter for The Greenville News in Greenville, S.C. He received more than a dozen local, state, and national awards in four years for his work. He also received awards for design while working as an editor for a Florida newspaper.

 

Jason holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Washington and Lee University. He and his wife, Frances, live in Greenville.
